What the tour shows
Entry and grotto booking, all year-group wrapping paper, cards, food and activities, the raffle, basket, staff code, QR tickets, check-in, collection history and corrections.
Individual committee access, product photographs, pricing and stock, event and gift settings, order search, reports, refunds, email controls, receiving-account setup and the welcome desk.
What still needs configuration
Real payment accounts and automatic email delivery are not connected. Final prices, photographs, stock and event rules need committee approval. Committee editing and refund examples use an isolated copy with fictional data.
The final chapter explains the proposed “reserve now, pay at the fair” SumUp route. That new reservation workflow has not been implemented.
The proposed reception route uses an unpaid booking QR, an authorised SumUp machine and a staff-confirmed payment record before collection.
Other possibilities are existing-account SumUp payment links, an approved bank transfer using the booking reference, or cash at reception. Each needs the account owner’s agreement and payment reconciliation.
